Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable.
Once a session has begun, it is considered rendered and is non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction, differences in belief, or unmet expectations.
